Terms & Conditions
1. Booking and Payment:
- By booking a unit at Antara, the buyer agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set forth by the developer.
- A booking fee is required to reserve a unit, which shall be non-refundable.
- The buyer agrees to adhere to the payment schedule outlined in the agreement of sale.
2. Property Details:
- The specifications, dimensions, designs, and amenities mentioned in promotional materials are subject to change at the discretion of the developer.
- Any illustrations or renderings provided are for representational purposes only and may not accurately depict the final product.
3. Possession and Handover:
- The developer shall make reasonable efforts to complete construction within the specified timeline. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and the developer shall not be held liable for such delays.
- The possession date mentioned in the agreement of sale is indicative and may be subject to change.
4. Legal Compliance:
- The buyer agrees to comply with all legal requirements, including but not limited to registration, stamp duty, and any other taxes or fees applicable to the purchase of the property.
- The developer shall provide all necessary documentation for legal compliance, including occupancy certificates and completion certificates.
5. Maintenance and Common Areas:
- The buyer agrees to pay maintenance charges as determined by the housing society or maintenance committee.
- The developer shall hand over common areas and amenities to the housing society upon completion of the project, after which the maintenance and upkeep shall be the responsibility of the society.
6. Transfer and Resale:
- The buyer may not transfer or sell the property without prior written consent from the developer.
- In the event of resale, the buyer agrees to inform the developer and adhere to any terms and conditions set forth by the developer regarding transfer of ownership.
7. Dispute Resolution:
- Any disputes arising out of or relating to the purchase of the property shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
- The buyer agrees to attempt to resolve any disputes with the developer amicably through negotiation or mediation before pursuing legal action.
8. Miscellaneous:
- The developer reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the buyer and the developer, superseding any previous agreements or representations.
By booking a unit at Antara, the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
